Because we want to keep developing and improving, we are constantly looking for products with the best quality.
We have conducted extensive testing and decided on the following changes in our recommended sub-products:
replacement sub-products to better the quality of castle stones
GLUE
The 415 adhesive that is currently used under the decoupling mats will remain in use, but adhesive number 792 will be replaced by Sopro’s 5555.
GROUT
Since some tilers apply a wider grout
(to 4 cm) and we want to exclude cracking as much as possible, we’ve included the Silvergrey 612 and Grey 674. They’re naturally more grainy and give a different look to the floor. These grouts must be specifically requested.
COATING
Our current coating (234 from Möller Chemie) will be replaced by Sopro’s 704.
The 234 will temporarily still be available
(on request), but the 704 from Sopro will be advised and supplies by us as standard from now on.
TOPCOAT
Our Topcoat is no longer available.
We now also recommend the 704 for wet areas and outdoor floors, but it must be applied 3 times. In the shop you can find the topcoat x3 automatically calculated.
